ABOUT SHARI

I've always been curious about people; their stories, their experiences, what makes them come alive.  Turns out that curiosity was the thread running through my whole career, even before I knew where it was leading.

I spent 15 years at Pfizer in Human Resources and Program Management, developing people and leading big, high-visibility programs.  I loved my job, but managing everything in my life, including aging parents, led to caregiver fatigue and burnout. It felt like I hit a wall, so I did what any reasonable person does in a crisis: I packed a bag and left to travel the world.

That began my own journey of healing and reconnection. Over the last 10 years, I've split my time between New York City and Southeast Asia, immersing myself in diverse trainings, cultures, traditions, and healing practices that cracked me wide open.

Then perimenopause cracked me open even more. In my early 40s, I was shocked to learn I was already in it, I thought my doctor was crazy. When I started experiencing intense symptoms, I felt annoyed, confused, and alone, and it was hard to find good resources, useful information, and help. So I did what I do best: I went on a deep dive.

I didn't realize it at the time, but that deep dive would become my passion and my work.

Today I'm a certified Perimenopause and Menopause Health Coach and Wellness Facilitator, trained through the Integrative Women's Health Institute, The Embody Lab, and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I've led workshops, trainings, and coaching for over 5,000 people and 100+ companies on menopause, women's wellness, work-life balance, relationships, mindfulness, authentic relating, and sexual aliveness. I'm endlessly fascinated by the connection between the nervous system, pleasure, and life-force energy, and how coming home to your body can wake up your desire, not just for intimacy, but for life itself.

My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, practical, and deeply human.

I'm not here to tell you who you should be or how you should navigate this stage of life. I'm here to meet you exactly where you are, create a space where you can be honest about what you want, and help you explore what's possible.

Because this isn't just about getting through midlife.

It's about coming back to yourself: to your body, your energy, your confidence, and your vitality.

And maybe discovering that there's still a lot more possibility and aliveness than you imagined.
